Let’s get you to the right place.

Recipe and order questions.

Open the Janet Recipes Etsy shop and choose “Contact shop owner” or “Message seller.” For an existing purchase, use the help or messaging option attached to that order so the shop can identify the correct file.

Include the recipe title, your order number when relevant, and a short description of the problem. Do not send card numbers, account passwords, or other sensitive information.

Website corrections and privacy requests.

Use the same Etsy contact route for a website correction, an image concern, or a privacy question. Include the website page address and explain what you would like reviewed. Please identify privacy requests clearly in the message.

This website has no contact form or account registration. Opening the contact link takes you to Etsy; messaging there is subject to Etsy’s privacy and account practices. A reply time is not guaranteed.

Trouble accessing a purchase?

Our digital download information explains the distinction between this website and the file delivery on Etsy. Etsy’s own Help Center is the source for current account and download instructions.
